Late Appointments & Cancellations

 

I do my best to accommodate all late arrivals when my schedule allows. Because timing is so important, you may have to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

No shows and appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the missed appointment and asked to prepay their new appointment.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

 

I do not offer refunds on any services. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your services, I do offer adjustments up to 7 days after the original service.

 

Booking

 

An in-person consultation is required for new clients before booking any highlighting or blonding services. A credit card will be required to book an appointment.
