At a maintenance appointment you can expect a thorough consultation on how the placement worked for you, a shampoo/scalp detox, your natural hair trimmed and inspected, re installed extensions and a blowout and style.
What happens at a move up appointment?
No, we believe extensions can be used as a tool to grow your natural hair. We offer the safest and detailed installations and set you up for success on how to safely care for your new hair between appointments. You never have to sacrifice the health of your hair to enjoy extensions.
Will extensions damage my hair?
There is an extension method for every lifestyle. Wefts are to be maintained every 6-8 weeks where as keratin tip extensions require no maintenance and last 3-5 months.
Are extensions high maintenance?
I am master certified in keratin tip, handtied, genius and volume sew in wefts. With over a decade of experience i will custom tailor which method i think will be best fit for your lifestyle.

For best results we recommend using professional salon quality products such as Davines. They can be purchased at the salon. It is important to use a heat protectant on your natural hair as well as the extensions. A hydrating shampoo and conditioner as well as a detangler is recommended. For brushing you must use a wire brush or straight bristled brush not a wet brush or brush that has spheres on the end that could get caught in your bonds.
What products should i use on my color or extensions?
An in-person consultation is required for new clients before booking any highlighting or blonding services. A credit card will be required to book an appointment.
To book an extension install appointment there is a non-refundable appointment deposit of 50% due at the consultation. This will secure your reservation and be credited towards the cost of your appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of the appointment.
Booking
I do not offer refunds on any services. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your services, I do offer complimentary adjustments up to 7 days after the original service any time frame beyond that will require a new appointment.
Refunds & Exchanges
I do my best to accommodate all late arrivals when my schedule allows. Because timing is so important, you may have to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. If you wish to cancel a pre existing appointment, please call our salon or contact your stylist. Our salon requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled within less than 48 hours are subject to be charged half the amount of the scheduled service, and same day cancellations or “no call no shows” are subject to be charged the full service amount and asked to prepay their new appointment.
